Introducing our new machine specially developed for valve and gasket changes without the need to cut in to the pipework, which improves efficiency, minimises waste and most importantly makes the process safer.

First Use - Bosch Distribution Centre, Corby

The gasket had failed on a 315mm sprinkler main so we excavated to remove the chamber that was too small to access, uncovered all the other services & loaded the flange spreader to the main. The sprinkler system was isolated at the pumps and de-pressurised

We then unbolted the flange and pumped the spreader to release the gasket. The new gasket is fitted & the flange pulled back together, bolts greased & torqued up and the spreader removed. A final re-torque of all the bolts & the sprinkler system can be re-energised and the factory has full fire cover once again.
